Named after a mother who taught us that no one around her should ever sleep hungry, this initiative carries forward her legacy — one warm meal at a time.
The Birth of Meena माँ
In our journey of working with underprivileged communities, we noticed a heartbreaking pattern — many people, including children and elderly, ended their day with empty stomachs and heavy hearts. While we were addressing education and basic needs, the most essential comfort — a hot meal — was still out of reach for many.
That’s when the vision of Meena माँ was born.
A vision where food is not a privilege, but a right.
Where every soul walking in is welcomed with dignity, not pity.
Where each plate carries not just food, but love, care, and warmth — just like a mother’s touch.
Serving with Love, Every Single Day
Operating daily from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM, the Meena माँ kitchen serves fresh, hygienic, and nutritious meals to over 200+ individuals, including street dwellers, workers, elders, and children in need.
This is not charity.
This is seva.
And every evening, when the first thaali is served, it carries with it the soul of this mission:
“Har Thaali Dil Wali ❤️” – a plate full of food, served with even more love.
