I came across the Facebook page of Happy Faces Vadodara about a year and a half ago and within moments I came in touch with Piyush Khare who spoke to me in greater detail about the work that this group pursues. Honestly, I was impressed to the extent that I invited Piyush to speak about his work in the very first event of my Winged Fables venture. The team of Happy Faces Vadodara has always been supportive and the collaboration with which they work is commendable. They are not just seen feeding the poor or putting up rock shows for the underprivileged children but these fabulous men and women dressed in white are seen everywhere across the city distributing sparrow nests, water drinking vessels, in the fitness arenas, dancing with the old and fighting for a cause. Rest assured, if you are stepping down on the lane of goodness you’ll find young, energetic, Happy Faces walking by your side!
The team has come a long way and it is sure to evolve and rise to better causes, not just within Vadodara but also for the Nation.
All my love and bestest wishes for team Happy Faces Vadodara.
